American Cavalry Officer's Sword with Leather Wrapped Grip, Twisted Wire and Polished Steel Scabbard

This beautiful reproduction of an American Cavalry Officer's Sword has a 33 1/2-inch steel blade and a polished steel scabbard. The comfortable genuine leather grip is wrapped with twisted wire. The officer's sword has a handsome polished cast brass guard for hand protection.

The blade is made of tempered carbon steel and is .230 inches (5.8 mm) thick and 1 1/4 inches (32 mm) wide.

Sword measures 39 3/4 inches (101 cm) overall and weighs 1.2 kg.

The polished steel scabbard weighs 0.79 kg.
