A decorative dagger made of damascus steel blade (an iron alloy) with a beautifully carved case. The koftgari work on the case speaks volumes of craftsmanship, a rare and dying art. The head or hilt of the dagger is elephant head mounted on  camel bone grip. A truly collector's delight. The elephant haed has been beautifully curved out with the trunk prominently portruding out.
