Phra Phrom is the Thai representation of the Hindu creator god Brahma or 4 headed Buddha. Brahma is generally represented in Buddhist culture as a god with four faces and four arms, and variants of him are found in Mahayana Buddhist cultures. He is regarded as the deity of good fortune and protection. The concept of Brahma is also represented in Buddhist cosmology as Brahma or Mahabrahma, the lord of Brahmaloka (the highest heavenly realm), which may also be represented as Phra Phrom. Miniature idols may have minor polishing or casting blemishes that can't be avoided at this size.
