A 12-inch decorative dagger made of damascus ( an iron alloy) with a beautifully carved scabbard case. The koftgari work on the outside speaks volumes of a unique kind of craftmanship, a rare and dying art. The head is horse shaped with continuation of fine koftgiri work on the hilt as well.The horse head has been beautifully sculpted with the ears standing out. Truly a collector's delight!
